GTCL holds its 31st AGM

The 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Gas Transmission Company Ltd (GTCL) was held at its Head office board room, Sher-e-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka on Monday, says a press release.

GTCL Board Chairman and Former Secretary Dr Md. Hafizur Rahman Bhuiyan presided over the meeting.

Its shareholder and Chairman of Petrobangla Md. Rezanur Rahman was also present along with all other shareholders and directors of the company.

The Audited Accounts and Management Report for the fiscal year 2023-24 of the company were approved by the shareholders at the AGM.

During the FY 2023-2024, the company earned an amount of Tk 2227.17crore in revenue by transporting 2159.78 crore cubic metres of gas and 18.28 crore litres of condensate.

At the same fiscal year, the company has deposited Tk 686.04 crore in the government treasury.
