Ambulance, bus torched in Sylhet

A parked ambulance of Shahid Shamsuddin Ahmed Hospital, Sylhet, and an abandoned bus have been torched.

The incidents took place on Saturday night and early Sunday.

According to CCTV footage, around 2:40AM, five youths, riding on two motorcycles, entered the parking of the hospital and set fire on the ambulance.

Fire Service member rushed to the scene getting the information to contain the blaze.

But the ambulance was fully burnt before their arrival.

After that, a bus of Hridoy Paribahan was torched in Kumargaon Bus Stand area of the Sylhet-Sunamganj highway.
