3 buses set ablaze in Dhaka

At least three buses were set on fire in Dhaka’s Hazaribagh, South Keraniganj and Savar, while crude bombs were exploded in several areas from Saturday night to early Sunday.

Two units of the Fire Service reached the scene at 11:55PM and doused the fire.

A bus belonging to Balaka Paribahan was set on fire at the Rajendrapur Bus Stand in South Keraniganj around 3:15AM and a bus operated by Itihas Paribahan was set ablaze at Raj Fulbaria Bus Stand in Savar around 3:45AM.

Meanwhile, a crude bomb exploded in front of the Asian Development Bank in Agargaon around 8:20PM and another under the metro rail station near the IDB building in Agargaon around 10:30PM.

But no casualties were reported.
