Dear Sir,
Lately, dengue has turned into a serious health threat across the country. Every year, thousands of people are getting infected and the death toll is rising at an alarming rate. Yet, no long-term national strategy or properly implemented policy is visibly in place to address the issue.
Dengue prevention is not limited to merely killing mosquitoes, it is a comprehensive public health issue. That's why it requires active participation from educational institutions, public and private sectors, regular awareness campaigns, timely medical care for dengue patients, and strong coordination between local authorities and the health department.
Therefore, I urge the concerned authorities of the government to formulate and implement an effective national policy to combat dengue, thereby safeguarding the lives of the people.
