DMP transfers 5 ADCs

Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has transferred five Additional Deputy Commissioners (ADCs) in a move aimed at administrative restructuring and operational efficiency.

A notification, signed by DMP Commissioner Sheikh M Sajjat Ali, confirmed the matter on Monday.

The five DMP Additional Deputy Commissioners have been transferred as follows: Md Nazim Uddin Al Azad from the Intelligence and Analysis Division to Lalbagh Division, Md Abu Taher from Traffic Wari Division to a new posting within Traffic Wari Division, Shawkat Ali from Estate Division to Ramna Division, Md Zahid Hossain from Traffic Wari Division to Motijheel Division, and KHM Ershad from Protection Division to Uttara Division.

The reshuffle is part of routine personnel adjustments within DMP to strengthen law enforcement and improve administrative oversight across the city.
