New executive committee formed for Bangladesh Club in Geneva

Nurul Islam elected President, Maruf Anowar General Secretary

A new executive committee of the Geneva-based expatriate organization Bangladesh Club Geneva has been formed. For the next three years, Nurul Islam has been elected President, Maruf Anowar General Secretary and Tanvir Alam Chowdhury Treasurer.

The club’s triennial executive committee formation and Annual General Meeting 2025 was held on Sunday in a festive atmosphere at a local community hall in Geneva.

The meeting was presided over by outgoing President Harun Rashid and conducted by General Secretary Nurul Islam, according to a press release.
