BNP nomination: Massive protest in Chandpur-4 constituency

CHANDPUR, Nov 4: Massive protest has been organized in Chandpur-4 constituency after BNP declared nomination on Monday.

In the upcoming Jatiya Sangsad elections for Chandpur-4 constituency, the BNP has announced Md Harunur Rashid as its candidate.

Immediately after the central announcement on Monday night, supporters of another BNP aspirant M.A. Hannan set tires on fire in protest on the Chandpur-Raipur road near the Faridganj bus stand.
M.A. Hannan's supporters on Tuesday continued with processions, meetings, and blockades on the Chandpur-Raipur road throughout the day.
