The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) on Tuesday announced the squad for the two-match Test series against Ireland with little surprise.
The selectors almost retained the same squad which played Bangladesh's last Test against Sri Lanka in June.
Opener Mahmudul Hasan Joy returned to the squad after being overlooked in Sri Lanka Tests. Anamul Haque Bijoy, Nayeem Hasan and Mahidul Islam Ankon were the three to be dropped from the last Test squad.
Ireland will arrive in Bangladesh on Thursday to play a two-match Test series followed by a three-match T20 Internationals.
Sylhet International Cricket hosts the first Test from November 11-15 while the second Test is from November 19-23 at Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium.
Mushfiqur will become the first Bangladeshi cricketer to play 100th Test during the second Ireland Test.
Chattogram will host the three T20Is on November 27, 29 and December 2.
