Former US First Lady Michelle Obama will promote her upcoming fashion book, The Look, through a six-part companion podcast series titled IMO: The Look. The series, which ties into her show IMO co-hosted with her brother, Craig Robinson, will debut on November 5, with new episodes released weekly.
Announced by her media company, Higher Ground, on Thursday, the podcast will feature notable guests such as actress Jane Fonda, model and activist Bethann Hardison, and designer Jenna Lyons.
The Look, set for release on November 4, delves into Michelle Obama's personal fashion journey, from her time in the White House to her life in the public spotlight. This follows the success of her 2018 memoir, Becoming, which has become one of the best-selling political memoirs in history.
To mark the launch of the podcast series, Obama will host a live event at the Brooklyn Academy of Music with entertainer Tracee Ellis Ross.
