Swiss Ambassador meets NCP leaders

Swiss Ambassador to Bangladesh, Reto Renggli, hosted leaders of the youth-led political party Jatiya Nagorik Party (NCP) for a lunch meeting on Thursday at Swiss Residence in Dhaka.

During the meeting, the ambassador heard the NCP leaders' perspectives on Bangladesh’s current political landscape, prospects for democratic reforms and the upcoming national elections.

In a statement, the Swiss Embassy reaffirmed Switzerland’s commitment to supporting Bangladesh in its efforts to achieve a democratic, stable and prosperous future for all its citizens.

NCP representatives Akhter Hossen and Dr. Tasnim Jara were among those present at the meeting.
