Trader commits suicide in Kishoreganj

A trader died after committing suicide at Karimganj upazila in Kishoreganj district on Monday.

The deceased was identified as Md Bablu, 40, a resident of Gunadhar union in the upazila. Bablu was a scrap metal dealer by profession.

According to locals, Bablu committed suicide by hanging himself from the ceiling of his home.
Karimganj Police Station officer-in-charge (OC) Sheikh Mohammad Mahbub Morshed confirmed the incident and said that the body has been recovered and sent to Shaheed Syed Nazrul Islam Medical College Hospital morgue for an autopsy.
