Govt appoints Maj Gen Moazzem as BEPZA chief

The government appointed Major General Mohammad Moazzem Hossain as the executive chairman of the Bangladesh Export Processing Zones Authority (BEPZA), an official statement said on Sunday.

The public administration ministry said Moazzem, currently serving in Bangladesh Army, was posted as the new BEPZA chief on deputation.

BEPZA is a government agency for investment promotion under the Office of the Chief Adviser. �"BSS
