The Bangladesh U-20 women's national team observed a rest and recovery day on Wednesday, opting to remain at the team hotel instead of field training.

Players began the day with a guided stretching session, followed by light recovery exercises in the swimming pool.

The decision to forego pitch training comes as part of a strategic focus on physical recuperation during the ongoing SAFF U-20 Women's Championship 2025.

With three consecutive wins under their belt, the squad is prioritising fitness and readiness ahead of their next encounter against Bhutan today (Thursday) ensuring optimum performance for the demanding fixtures ahead.    photo: BFF
