Although the people have broken the chain of fascism through the mass uprising of 2024, remnants and collaborators of the fallen fascist regime are still attempting to spread anarchy.

He emphasised that everyone must remain vigilant so that the sacrifices of the martyrs of the 2024 mass movement do not go in vain due to these conspiracies.

Calling upon the current government to take strict action against the criminals, he said that although the people have been freed from the tyranny of the Awami League regime, the nation is still not completely safe, for which heinous incidents continue to occur.

As special guest, General Secretary of the City BNP Shafiqul Alam Tuhin said,  more than 1,500 people were martyred across the country in the student-people mass uprising, with the highest number of casualties from BNP and its affiliated organizations.
Of them, a total of 734 activists of BNP and its wings were martyred including 423 from BNP and 144 from the student wing Chhatra Dal.

He emphasised that the dream of a new Bangladesh, envisioned by Shaheed Ziaur Rahman and shared by millions, must be realised by uniting over the bloodshed and sacrifices of the martyrs of the July-August uprising to uphold the sovereignty and independence of the nation.
