Such was the case on the night of Wednesday, June 11, 2025, with the Strawberry Moon. Surely the enchantment of that prolonged moonlit night vanished in an instant. Crucially the Strawberry Moon is special because of its record low position in the sky, its cultural significance for the strawberry harvest, and the beautiful warm hues.
