FF Azahar Ali passes away

DAULATPUR, KUSHTIA, May 22: Freedom Fighter (FF) Azahar Ali died of old-age complications at his residence at Banglabazar of Chilmari in Daulatpur Upazila of the district on Tuesday night. He was 70.

He was given guard of honour at around 10:30 am on Wednesday.

Later on, he was buried at his family graveyard in Banglabazar area of Chilmari Union of the upazila following a Namaz-e-Janaza.
Daulatpur Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md Abdul Hye Siddiquee, Upazila Muktijoddha Sangsad Commander Md Riaz Uddin, and people from all walks of life were present at the Namaz-e-Janaza of the FF.
