18 Bangladeshi pilgrims admitted to hospital after falling ill in Saudi Arabia

A total of 62 Bangladeshi pilgrims fell ill after going to Saudi Arabia this year. Of them, 18 are currently undergoing treatment.

A bulletin of Hajj Management Portal of the Ministry of Religious Affairs confirmed the information on Thursday (May 22).

Around 62 pilgrims received treatment in Saudi government hospitals after going there to perform hajj and 18 are currently receiving treatment, according to the bulletin.
Nine Bangladeshis, so far, have died till Thursday (May 22). Of them, eight were men and one was woman. Four of them died in Makkah, while five in Madina.
