Upazila administration held a monthly disciplinary committee meeting at Daulatpur upazila in Kushtia district on Wednesday.
The meeting was held at Upazila Parishad’s conference room.
Daulatpur Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Md Abdul Hai Siddiqui was presided over the meeting.
Speakers discussed different issues such as public awareness discussions on criminal activies, sabotage, drug prevention and safety about fake note at animal market ahead of Eid-ul-Azha.
They also emphasized on road safety and narcotics controlling and other social issues during the meeting.
Among others, Daulatpur Army camp commander Captain Lamyanul, Daulatpur Police Station officer-in-charge(OC) Md Nazmul Huda, journalist Md Saiful Islam Sahin, upazila agricultural officer Md Nurul Islam, engineer Md Ashraful Islam, upazila social welfare officer Md Toufikur Rahman, sub register Md Borhan Uddin Sarkar, were present in the event.
