Avoid street foods, drinks in summer

Dear Sir,

Summer has already begun to show its intense form. A severe heatwave is sweeping across almost the entire country. Therefore, it is crucial to stay healthy during this time.

However, due to the intense heat and fatigue, the general public's consumption of open street food and drinks increases. Food items spoil easily in the heat, and the spread of flies and insects increases. Currently, iced lemon juice and cold water bottles from hawkers are readily available in every corner of the city. But how much hygiene is maintained in the preservation of this ice?

Therefore, these diseases can be avoided with a little awareness. When going out, one must carry a bottle of pure drinking water and an umbrella. Avoid drinking chilled water from the refrigerator. Homemade juices, lassi, yogurt, and lemonade can be kept, which keep the body hydrated. One can take baths multiple times. Plenty of Vitamin C-rich foods should be consumed. Completely avoid open street food.
