Best school, teachers awarded at National Pry Edn Week

The National Primary Education Week 2025 was inaugurated on Saturday at the conference hall of the Directorate of Primary Education in Dhaka, under the theme "Ensure Quality Education, Build an Inclusive Bangladesh." As part of the celebration, the Primary Education Awards 2024 were presented to recognize outstanding contributions to primary education.

This year, Subrata Khazanchi Government Primary School in Chirirbandar, Dinajpur, was named the Best Primary School in the country. Md. Mustafa Kamal, headmaster of Padmapara Government Primary School in Gabtali, Bogura, received the Best Headmaster award, while Shiuli Sultana, headmistress of Subordinate Colony Government Primary School in Syedpur, Nilphamari, was honored as the Best Headmistress. All top awards this year went to schools and educators from northern Bangladesh.
