The admission test for 'A' (Science) unit under a cluster system for the 2024-25 academic session of 19 public
universities was held on Friday.
The admission test was held from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the respective universities in a peaceful atmosphere.

Dr M Anwarul Azim Akhand visited different examination centers across the
MBSTU campus during the test.
Sources said that a total of 142,714 candidates
applied for the ‘A’ unit admission test. As many as 7,307 admission seekers applied to appear
at the MBSTU center. An architecture admission test was
held the same day in the afternoon across 21 centers, where 3,139
candidates applied. Of them, 122 chose the MBSTU center.
Vising the admission test centers, MBSTU VC Anwarul Azim
Akhand told journalists that all the three unit exams (‘C’, ‘B’, and ‘A’) were conducted
smoothly under the close supervision of Vice-Chancellors of the
participating universities.
No untoward incidents have so far been reported
at any of the 21 university centers during the tests, he said.
He expressed his sincere gratitude to all officials, staff, and
stakeholders involved in the admission tests.
