Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) Affairs Adviser Supradip Chakma reaffirmed the government's commitment to ongoing national development initiatives during a religious event celebrating Boisakhi Purnima at Rajban Bihar Complex in Rangamati.
Speaking as the chief guest, Supradip said, “The government is dedicated to sustaining development efforts and safeguarding country’s natural resources.”
He emphasized that creating employment opportunities remains a key focus in efforts to improve the lives of citizens.
The ceremony featured recitation of verses from the Tripitaka and discussions on the life and teachings of Lord Buddha, highlighting his message of peace and enlightenment.
Senior monks from Rajban Bihar, including Saurajagat Bhante, Mangala Tishya, Dipavansha Bhante, Dhamanu Bhante and Maga Layan Bhante, also addressed the gathering.
