Khaleda Zia on complete rest following physicians' advice

BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia, who returned home from London on Tuesday via an air ambulance, spent Wednesday on complete bed rest as per her physicians' recommendations.

Local physicians from her medical team, who regularly monitor her health, visited her Gulshan residence, Firoza, on Wednesday to check on her condition, according to Shairul Kabir Khan, a member of the BNP media cell.

Due to her physical condition following the 13-hour journey, political leaders were not allowed to visit her on Wednesday, and she remained in complete rest.
