
The two-year Kamil Postgraduate Examination 2023 at Kamil Madrasahs affiliated to the Islamic Arabic University (IAU) began on Saturday across the country on Saturday.
A press release, signed by IAU Public Relations, Information and Consultation Office director Mohammad Ali, was issued in this regard in the afternoon.
The examinations will be held at 149 examination centers across the country where around 43,000 student have taken part, the release said.
IAU Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Shamsul Alam, registrar M Ayub Hossain and Controller of Examinations Mohamma Ali visited the examination center at Tamirul Millat Kamil Madrasah in Tongi around 10:00 AM.
Vising the exam center, IAU VC said that Islamic Arabic University is determined to improve the quality of education at any cost and advance madrasa education by freeing it from session jams. He sought the sincere cooperation of all, including examinees, teachers and guardians, to ensure a cheating-free environment at the examination center.
Kamil (Post-Graduate) Education, Training and Research Center Dean Professor Dr Mohammad Wali Ullah, visiting Jamea Ahmadia Sunnia Kamil Madrasah in Chattogram, said that the examination is being conducted in a suitable environment.
'We are keeping an eye on the various centers so that no irregularities can be found. Strict action will be taken against anyone who resorts to unfair practices, he added.
