Missing woman found dead in Barishal

Police recovered the half-decomposed body of woman from under a bridge at Kedarpur area of Babuganj upazila in Barishal, four days after missing

The deceased was identified as Jesmin Akter, 28.
According to locals, Jesmin used to work at a private company and live with her mother at Kashipur in the district. She went out from home for office and did not return home.
She had been missing since then.

Locals spotted her body lying on the land under a bridge and informed police.

Being informed, a team of police recovered the body and sent it to Barishal General Hospital morgue for autopsy, the OC added.
