5 killed in Rangamati as pickup van hits autorickshaw

At least five people were killed and one was injured after a pickup van hits a CNG-run autorickshaw in Rangamati's Kawkhali upazila on Saturday morning.

The accident occurred around 10:15AM at Rabar Bagan area, according to Md Saiful Islam, chief of Kawkhali Police Station.

Three of the deceased were identified as Abu Tobab, 50, Nurun Nahar, 40, and Mahbubur Rahman Bachchu, 50.
