Man burnt in Magura fire dies at DMCH

A 75-year-old man who sustained severe burn injuries in a fire in Sreepur upazila of Magura district on Monday evening succumbed to his injuries ata Dhaka Medical College and Hospital early Tuesday.

The deceased was identified as Moyna Kha, son of late Yeasin Kha of Baganbaria village of the upazila.

Locals said Moyna had been bed-ridden for the past six years due to his illness and living with his wife as their six daughters married off.

On Monday evening, a fire broke out in the house when Moyna was smoking that left him severely burnt, they said, adding that his wife managed to come out of the house during the accident. �"UNB
