Additional Deputy Commissioner (overall) of Chattogram district administration Kamruzzaman said that 20 Bangladeshi nationals have been brought back to the country. They were handed over to their families.
He mentioned that the legal process should be followed when going abroad. Falling into the trap of fraud often happens when people take illegal routes.
He also emphasized that agencies should be properly verified beforehand. In many cases, it is the simple villagers who are most vulnerable to such deception, highlighting the need for greater awareness among them.
''Apart from these 20 individuals, we will also start the process of bringing back Bangladeshi nationals who are detained in Myanmar. It's a complicated process. We will continue our efforts to bring the others back'', added the Deputy Commissioner.
