A three-member tribunal bench, led by Justice Md Golam Mortuza Mozumder, passed this order today.

Prosecutor Mizanul Islam was present on behalf of the petitioner.

The three police officials are Abdullahil Kafi, former additional superintendent of police (crime and ops) of Dhaka district; Shahidul Islam, former additional superintendent of police, Dhaka district (Savar circle); and Arafat Hossain, an inspector in the detective branch of police.

The tribunal on April 8 ordered to produce the three police officials before the ICT following a prayer of the prosecution.
