Police FC move to fifth position with facile win  

Mohammed Sheikh Bablu scored a brace as Bangladesh Police Football Club blanked Fakirerpool Young Men's Club by 3-0 goals in the Bashundhara Group Bangladesh Premier League football held at Shaheed Barkat Stadium in Gazipur on Friday.

Apart from Babu's two goals in the match, Dipok Roy supported him with a lone goal each for Police. The match was locked goalless at the breather. 

Fakireerpool fought neck to neck with Police making the score sheet clean till the first half but after the breather Bablu finally broke the deadlock scoring the first goal for Police in the 71st minute.

Dipok doubled the lead scoring the second goal for the winning team in the 78thminute and Babu completed the tally scoring his second and third goal for Police in the 85th minute of the match.  

With this win Police moved up fifth position in the league table with 16 points from 11 matches while Fakirerpool, standing eighth position in the table, remained with their previous collection of nine points playing the same number of matches.    �"BSS
