The memberships of Jhenaidah district unit Anti-Discrimination Student Movement member secretary Saidur Rahman and spokesperson Elma Khatun have been suspended after a video footage holding a 'bottle of wine' in a room went viral on social media.
A press release, signed by Jhenaidah district unit ADSM convener Abu Huraira, was issued in this regard on Wednesday.
A three-member probe body was also formed to investigate the incident, the release said.
The body was asked to submit its report within two working days.
Organisational action would be taken against them after getting the investigation report, said Abu Huraira.
On Tuesday night, a video footage went viral on social media Facebook where Jhenaidah district unit ADSM member secretary Saidur Rahman and spokesperson Elma Khatun were seen lying on the same bed.
Elma Khatun, at one point, was seen bringing out a bottle of wine in the video.
