3 of a family burnt in fire from gas leackage during sehri

Three family member sustained burn injuries in a fire caused from gas line leakage in Narayanganj's Fatullah early Sunday.

The burn victims are currently undergoing treatment at National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery in the capital.

The victims are Harun-or-Rashid, 60, Runa Akter, 40, and Mim, 17.
Shawan Bin Rahman, resident physician of the hospital, said
that three burnt people were brought to the emergency department of the hospital in the morning. Runa Akter was admitted with 62 per cent of burns, while Harun-or-Rashid and Mim were with one per cent.

Narayanganj Fire Service and Civil Defence's deputy assistant director Abdullah Al Arefin said, "The incident happened at Tolla Mosjid area in the upazila at 4AM when the family tried to lit the stove during sehri time."
