Unidentified woman's body recovered in Khulna

Police recovered the body of an unidentified woman, aged around 32, from a banana orchard in Khulna's Terokhada upazila on Sunday.

The body was recovered around 8:30 am in Rammaji area under Terokhada ​​Sadar union along the Terkhada-Kalia road.
Terokhada Officer-in-Charge (OC) Mehedi Hasan said, ''After receiving information from local people, the body of an unidentified woman was recovered from an orchard in that area. The spot is in the Narail-Terokhada border area. Initially, I suspect that the miscreants dumped the body of the deceased inside the Terkhada upazila after committing murder somewhere in Narail district.''

The deceased will be identified through fingerprint examination at the police station, he added.
