Bangladesh lags behind Myanmar-Sri Lanka in the list of happiest countries

Bangladesh ranked behind Myanmar and Sri Lanka in the list of the happiest countries in the world. This year, Bangladesh ranked 134th, out of 147 countries, according to World Happiness Report.

Finland is the happiest country in the world for the eighth straight year. After Finland, there are Denmark, Iceland, Sweden, the Netherlands, Costa Rica, and Norway, the report said.

India, Pakistan, Myanmar and Sri Lanka placed 118th, 109th, 126th and 133rd respectively, while Nepal placed 92nd in the happiness index.
Meanwhile, Israel ranked eighth on the list of happiest countries.
