Delay in recruitment process causes concerns

Dear Sir,

At present, there is an alarming delay and complexity in the recruitment process of both government and private organizations, creating a significant crisis for job seekers. On average, it takes about two to three years to complete the recruitment process - from the publication of the job circular to the final selection, including the initial screening, written examination, and oral interview. This prolonged process wastes valuable time for job seekers and causes mental stress and uncertainty, which disrupts their future plans.

This situation becomes more severe in cases where age limits are imposed on job applications. Due to delays in the recruitment process, many eligible candidates exceed the age limit and lose their opportunity to apply for the job. This negatively impacts their mental health and makes it harder for them to achieve stability in their professional life.

Ensuring transparency and accountability in the recruitment process is essential. A specific time frame should be established for the completion of the recruitment process, from the initial screening to the final appointment. Administrative measures need to be taken to complete each stage of recruitment within a fixed period. Therefore, we earnestly request the authorities to introduce transparency and efficiency in the recruitment process so that job seekers can secure their desired jobs quickly and accurately.
