Met office predicts dry weather across Bangladesh

The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has predicted mainly dry weather across the country for the next 24 hours, starting from this morning.

The forecast, issued at 9 AM today, predicts that the weather will remain generally dry with a partly cloudy sky in some areas. A trough of low pressure is present over West Bengal and its adjoining areas, while the seasonal low remains over the South Bay.

Temperatures are expected to remain nearly unchanged, both during the day and night. On Tuesday, the maximum temperature recorded was 35.4°C in Rajshahi, while the minimum temperature today was 13.7°C in Tetulia upazila, Panchagarh district.

In Dhaka, the sunset is expected at 6:09 PM today, and the sun will rise at 6:03 AM tomorrow.
