AB Bank hosts iftar mahfil

AB Bank PLC, the first private sector bank of the country, hosted an iftar mahfil in honor of the country's media personnel to recognize their contribution towards fearless and constructive Journalism.

Journalists from different print, electronic and online news portal and other media houses were present at the iftar mahfil along with senior AB officials.

Syed Mizanur Rahman, Managing Director and CEO (Acting) of AB Bank praised the role of the journalists in helping to bring back discipline in financial sector.

He emphasized that media with their constructive report can create public opinion which the lawmakers can consider while planning economic development.
