SBAC Bank MD Habibur Rahman resigns

Habibur Rahman, managing director (MD) ofSouth Bangla Agriculture (SBAC), has resigned on charge of various irregularities during his tenure.

He submitted his resignation to the bank's chairman Md Moklesur Rahman on Sunday, a top officials of the bank confirmed.

Habibur Rahman's term as MD was scheduled to end next December.

He resigned six months before the end of his term.
