Advance bus ticket sales for Eid journey to begin on March 14

Advance bus ticket sales for the upcoming Eid-ul-Fitr will begin on March 14. Tickets for a total of seven days will be sold before Eid from March 25.

This decision was made at the Eid preparatory meeting of the Bangladesh Bus-Truck Owners Association on Thursday.
In this regard, the association's acting general secretary, Subhankar Ghosh Rakesh, said that bus owners have decided to sell advance tickets from March 14. On that day, passengers will get bus tickets simultaneously online and from counter. However, many transport companies will now sell tickets completely online. As a result, passengers will get tickets from two ways.

Regarding the collection of additional fares, he said, "Bus fares will be charged as per the fares fixed by BRTA. No additional fares will be charged outside the fare list. All owners have been given that instruction."
