Operation Devil Hunt: 769 more held in 24 hrs

769 more individuals were arrested during the nationwide 'Operation Devil Hunt' in last 24 hours.

572 individuals were also apprehended across the country on various charges.

With this new arrests, the total number of arrests rose to 8,079 during the nationwide 'Operation Devil Hunt' for the last 15 days .

Police Headquarter AIG (Media and Public Relations) Inamul Haque Sagar confirmed the detention on Saturday afternoon.

During this period, the joint forces also recovered a range of weapons and materials, including one locally made pipe gun

The government announced the special operation, Operation Devil Hunt, across the country, including Gazipur, aiming to maintain law and order and bring terrorists to justice On February 8.
