ACC seizes two bags of 'confidential' documents from ex-IGP Shahidul's relative's house 

The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) has recovered two bags of 'confidential' documents hidden by former Inspector General of Police (IGP) AKM Shahidul Haque.

The documents were recovered from one of his relative's house during a raid conducted from midnight on Tuesday to early Wednesday based on a tip-off.
ACC Assistant Director and Public Relations Officer Tanzir Ahmed said that former IGP Shahidul Haque has acquired a huge amount of illegal wealth through illegal means. An investigation by the Anti-Corruption Commission is underway in this regard.

According to the ACC, they come to know from intelligence that Shahidul Haque had sent two bags of documents containing information about his illegal wealth acquisition to a close relative. The relative then sent the documents to the house of another relative to keep them secret.
