Operation Devil Hunt: 532 more arrested in 24 hrs

532 individuals were arrested during the nationwide 'Operation Devil Hunt' in last 24 hours.

1,583 individuals were also apprehended across the country on various charges.

Police Headquarter AIG (Media and Public Relations) Inamul Haque Sagar confirmed the detention on Wednesday evening.

The government announced the special operation, Operation Devil Hunt, across the country, including Gazipur, aiming to maintain law and order and bring terrorists to justice On February 8.

The decision was made during a high-level law enforcement meeting at the Secretariat on the day, following an attack on students and civilians in Gazipur on February 7 night.
