BCL leader Saiful arrested in Cumilla

Police arrested banned student organization Chhatra League's Cumilla (North) district general secretary Saiful Islam Rubel, 28, during Operation Devil Hunt.

He was arrested from his home early Tuesday based on a secret information.

Arrested Saiful Islam is a resident of Premu village under Barkamta union of the upazila.

Debidwar Police Station Officer-in-Charge (OC) Shamsuddin Mohammad Ilias said Saiful was arrested in the operation at 2 am Tuesday. There were cases against him.
