Tribunal orders to submit probe report against Hasina by Apr 20

The International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) on Tuesday ordered to submit the investigation report by April 20 against former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina over genocide incidents during the July-August mass uprising.

A three-member tribunal, led by its chairman Justice Md Golam Mortuza Majumdar, issued this order following a time prayer by the prosecution.

Additional chief prosecutor Mizanul Islam was present on behalf of the prosecution.

Earlier on December 17 last year, the ICT directed to complete the investigation against Sheikh Hasina and 45 others within two months in two cases filed for genocides
