5,390 cases filed for traffic law violations in capital

The DMP's traffic division has filed 5,390 cases in the last four days for violating traffic laws in different areas of the capital.

This information was given by DMP Media and Public Relations Division Deputy Police Commissioner (DC) Muhammad Talebur Rahman on Monday (February 17) afternoon.
He said that the cases were filed during the DMP's traffic division's operations on Thursday (February 13), Friday (February 14), Saturday (February 15) and Sunday (February 16).

In addition, 365 vehicles were dumped and 108 vehicles were wrecked. The DMP's traffic division's operations will continue to maintain traffic discipline in the Dhaka metropolitan area, the police official said.
