Dear Sir,
In today's rapidly changing world, it is essential to shift the focus of education towards practical knowledge and skills development. Technical education, life skills, and hands-on learning should be incorporated into the curriculum to ensure students are prepared for the workforce. Many highly educated individuals remain unemployed because their education does not align with market demands.
Furthermore, aligning the education system with the Fourth Industrial Revolution is crucial. Introducing subjects related to technology, entrepreneurship, and digital literacy will better prepare students for the future.
By modernizing the curriculum and emphasizing practical, job-oriented learning, students will be empowered to become self-reliant and contribute meaningfully to the nation's development. This approach will not only reduce unemployment but will also help in creating a generation capable of driving the country's economic growth.
