A three-day-long international conference title 'Electrical, Computer and Communication Engineering' (ECCE-2025) was held at Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology (CUET).
A press release, issued from CUET Public Relations Office, confirmed the matter on Saturday.
CUET Electrical and Computer Engineering Faculty organised the conference at IT Business Incubator Room of the university on Friday (February 14).
Presided over by EEE department Professor Dr M Rubaiyat Tanvir Hossain, CUET Acting Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Sudip Kumar Paul addressed the seminar as the chief guest.
Electrical and Electronic Engineering Assistant Professor Zobaida Akhter moderated the conference attended by top academicians, scientists, researchers, scholars and decision makers from more than 15 countries from all over the world.
1,188 research papers were submitted to the conference. 527 out of the 1,188 research papers were presented. Five keynote papers and four invited articles were also presented here.
Among others, CUET Pro-Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr Sheikh Shariful Alam and President of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) Bangladesh Section and Director of IT Business Incubator of CUET Professor Dr Mohammad Moshiul Haque were present on the occasion.
