Balancing work and parenthood for a better future

Dear Sir,

The growing distance between parents and children in today's fast-paced world is a concerning issue. Many parents, especially in urban areas, are so focused on earning money that they have little time to spend with their children. This emotional gap could have long-term consequences for future generations.

Children require love, attention, and guidance to grow into responsible and compassionate leaders. While financial stability is essential, their emotional well-being must also be prioritized. Relying solely on hired help can create detachment and, in some cases, even expose children to harm.

It is crucial to encourage parents to spend quality time with their children, fostering trust and understanding. The future of the nation depends on how young minds are nurtured today. A balanced approach to work and family life is necessary to ensure that children grow up in a supportive and caring environment.
