LGD Addl Secy Shahjahan made administrator of DSCC

Local Government Division (LGD) Additional Secretary Md Shahjahan Miah has been appointed administrator to the Dhaka South City Corporation (DSCC).

The LGD on Thursday issued a notification giving him the responsibility of the DSCC administrator as additional charge to his main responsibility. The position was vacant since December last year.

Earlier on Wednesday, the LGD has appointed Mohammad Azaz as the first administrator from private sector during this interim government's tenure.

New DSCC administrator Md Shahjahan Miah is a Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) 15th batch cadre officer. He had served in different positions of the administration during his service period.
