Savor International, Chinese Enterprises Association sign MoU to organise BD China Green Textile Expo

Savor International Limited and the Chinese Enterprises Association in Bangladesh (CEAB) have officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to organise the most specialized conclave on Bangladesh-China friendship in the garments and textile industry, the Bangladesh China Green Textile Expo (BCGTX).

BCGTX 2025 is scheduled to be held from October 23 to 25, 2025 and will serve as a premier platform for unique segments like Man-Made Textile, Green Innovation, and Sustainable Technology.

The MoU signing ceremony took place at the CEAB office in the Baridhara Diplomatic Zone, Dhaka on Thursday, signed by Md Faizul Alam, Managing Director of Savor International Limited, and GeZhenyu, President of the Textile and Garments Branch of CEAB.

The partnership aims to foster collaboration in sustainable and green innovations within Bangladesh's textile sector, strengthening bilateral trade and industrial ties between Bangladesh and China.

Also present at the signing ceremony were Anis Khan, Rokeya Nisha, Khaleda Akhter, and Asha Nur from Savor International Ltd, alongside Sajeda Sultana and Al Adiya from CEAB.

"We are excited to collaborate with CEAB in bringing together stakeholders from both Bangladesh and China to drive innovation and sustainability in the textile sector. This expo will serve as a crucial platform to enhance bilateral cooperation and promote green initiatives," said Md. Faizul Alam, Managing Director of Savor International Ltd.

Echoing the sentiment, GeZhenyu, President of CEAB's Textile and Garments Branch, added, "This partnership will significantly contribute to the advancement of sustainable textile solutions and strengthen the Bangladesh-China business relationship."
